We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to join our team. The Office Manager will have strong Bookkeeping skills and will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our office, ensuring efficient and smooth workflow. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong multitasking abilities, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions accurately and efficiently
- Verify and reconcile invoices, purchase orders, and payments
- Communicate effectively with vendors, customers, and internal partners regarding payment and billing inquiries
- Manage vendor relationships and coordinate office supply orders
- Assist with payroll processing and timekeeping

- Manage the administration of Human Resource obligations

-Oversee phone systems, office machines and equipment, and troubleshoot any issues that arise
- Keep partners informed by reviewing and analyzing special reports; summarizing information; identifying trends
- Manage schedules and appointments for staff members
- Perform various clerical tasks as needed

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Office Manager/Bookkeeper, Front Office Manager, or Administrative Assistant
- Knowledge of Officer Administrator responsibilities, systems, and procedures

- Strong organizational and planning skills (both long & short-term), with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively

-Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities, multi-task and work well under pressure
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in work along with critical thinking skills
